Photo contest winner selected!(Thursday, August 10, 2006) BARRHAVEN -- Lynn Coghlan of Barrhaven has been selected as the winner of the Barrhaven Business Improvement Area photo contest in the Barrhaven Independent. The winning photo is of the Chapman Mills Conservation Area boardwalk.
"In addition to being a beautiful shot," said BBIA Executive Director Andrea Steenbakkers, "the selection committee felt that this area of Barrhaven really captures the spirit of our growing community, as a community that balances rapid growth and development with a respect for greenspace and nature."
